Daniel Folk is the founder and CEO of Hundred Life Design and the host of the trending podcast show, Walk The Talk. Daniel earned an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon and has worked with individuals in mental health, research, and corporate settings. Prior to starting Hundred, Daniel was an exclusive Organizational Development Consultant for Mercedes-Benz Germany.

Lara Schmoisman is the founder and CEO of Salt Media, a digital media agency in Los Angeles, California. She brings over two decades of experience from the world of marketing, television, and radio. Salt Media has a diverse and international portfolio of clients from businesses to social media influencers. Lara was also a lecturer of Digital Marketing at Cal Poly Pomona University. Lara now works to support the growth of up and coming businesses, and coaches motivated individuals to become the next generation of successful leaders.
